Very decent facilty but hassle of paying for wireless internet is as annoying as is the cost.

the venue was wonderful, i thoroughly enjoyed the location just next door to local bars and restaurants, nelson's famous saturday market, and bike trails, and city views. the room was well-organised and beautifully maintained with a spa bathtub and a shower in the private bathroom. the service was absolutely friendly.

not a good stay, awful setting with an awful view of the backyard, could smell people smoking on the small balconies, felt like a cheap trailer park.

short distance to christ church cathedral, just 1 mile. they had an early check-in. even the nelson airport was not so far. cathedral hill neighborhood is worth looking into.

The staff here were super friendly and went out of their way to help. the location is great, right in the middle of everything – close to restaurants, a couple of grocery stores, and even some bike trails! 🚲

This was a nice place to stay, convenient to restaurants and shopping district. Very clean and service was very welcoming.
There was no elevator to the second floor. A bit difficult, especially for carrying heavy suitcases for older people. Bed not very firm a bit on the saggy side.
